How long will you honor a written quote for?
A formal written quote from us will be valid for 90 days.
Will you beat competitor prices?
We will beat all verifiable written quotes from any of our competitors by 5%.
What methods of payments do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Certified Cheque, Bank Draft, or Cash.
Do you offer financing?
This is not a service we offer at this time.

Do I need a permit in order to have work completed?
Cutting Edge Concrete & Construction Ltd will ensure that all necessary permits (Building, Development, Electrical, Gas, etc) are attained in order to complete your work.
How do I decide what size/type of garage to put on my lot?
We recommend that you build a garage that first and foremost meets your everyday needs; however, some of the main requirements to consider are as follows:
Will the garage be used for parking vehicles? If so, how many?
What other types of use are you looking for (ie: Workshop, Storage, additional living space, Office/Studio, etc)?
How big is your lot? Generally speaking, the City of Calgary will allow for 45% coverage for a garage, but each property must be assessed individually.
Will you do all of the necessary concrete work in order to build the garage?
Cutting Edge Concrete & Construction Ltd can complete all of the necessary concrete work (ie: Concrete pad, Frost Walls, retaining walls, curb walls, etc) in order to construct your garage.
